Duties and Functions
Sr. NO Post Functions Act
1. Deputy Commissioner (Rehabilitation)
  1. To implement the rehabilitation Programme within the framework of the Policy of the State Govt. relating to the rehabilitation of affected persons in division.
  2. To cordinate & supervise the work of rehabilitation of affected person in the division.
  3. To ensure speedy rehabilitation of affected persons by requiring the Collector or the project authority concerned to undertake the work of rehabilitation simultaneously with the work of the project and to report to him periodically the progress made in the matter of rehabilitation of affected persons and by rendering to them such guidance and assistance as the circumstances of the case may required.
  4. To prepare or cause to be prepared annual budjet for providing funds for carrying out the rehabilitation of affected person in division.

2. Awal Karkun
  1. To follow the instructions and orders time to time given by the Dy. Commissioner(Rehabilitation).
  2. Forward the Notifiactions of the projects for the permission of Commissioner.
  3. To check the Budget for providing the funds for work to be provided for rehabilitation of affected person given by the Collector.
3. Deputy Accountant
  1. To scrutinized the budgetory requirement of all the Drawing and Disburing Officers submission of the consolidated statements to the Govt. through divisional commissioner.
  2. Scrutiny of financial requirments on account of Land accquisition for the land to be distributed to project affected persons.
  3. To monitor or check that the instructions given by the Govt.regarding the deposites and recovery of the occupancy price .
  4. To distribute the grant by consultation with Dy. Commissioner (Rehabilitation).
  5. To watch the progress of expenditure through M.E.S and the submission of monthwise and headwise consolidated expenditure statements.
  6. To prepare 4/8/9 monthly estimate and forward the same to the Govt.
  7. To carry out reconsilation of departmental expenditure & receipt figures with A.G. personally.
  8. To carry out annual adjustment of the expenditure under 288 SS & W and 259-P.W.
  9. To inspect the records of Zilla Parishad at the block level and also ensure the unutilized fund drawn by Zilla Parishad for housing lone
  10. To inspect the financial records of the Director of Rehabilitation,Special Land Aquition Officers, apponted to the district level & report irregularities to the Govt. through the Divisional Commissioner.
4. Clerk To do all official Typing work & follow all instructions and orders of officers.
5. Driver To Drive Govt. Vehicles
6. Peon To see Inward and Outward of papers related to office & follow all instructions and orders of officers.
